Ron Manning has been promoted to Project Manager at SPF Water Engineering. Ron has over eight years of experience in floodplain management, modeling, and risk analysis, as well as municipal water system facility planning, design, and construction services. As a leading Certified Floodplain Manager, Ron has overseen SPF’s floodplain management strategies, working with public entities and private clients to identify and mitigate potential flood risks, protecting people and assets from adverse flood events.
