SPF had a remarkable 4th quarter with regards to water right approvals from Idaho Department of Water Resources. On behalf of our clients, SPF received a total of twenty three (23) application approvals including: twelve permits; two permit amendments; five transfers; two extensions to avoid forfeiture; one water bank rental; and one license based on SPF’s beneficial use field exam recommendation.
IDWR’s application processing time has been significantly shortened over the past few years. Now is a great time to be applying for new water rights. Let SPF help you successfully achieve your water right goals.
