Hydrology for Attorneys

Christian Petrich, Terry Scanlan, and Scott King of SPF recently presented a “Hydrology for Attorneys” short course for the Idaho State Bar. This sold-out course was designed to provide a foundation for attorneys working with water rights, property transactions, water-delivery disputes, and water-related liability, and  water policy. The presentation generated consistently positive comments (e.g., “The entire program was one of the best CLE’s I have ever attended”). The course sparked some great discussion and we are looking forward to presenting for the Idaho State Bar again in the future.
