Curtailment of Municipal Water Rights

At this morning’s AIC breakfast, SPF co-founder Christian Petrich was part of a panel discussion focused on potential curtailment of junior-priority municipal rights. Other panelists included Chris Bromley and Candice McHugh of McHugh Bromley, and Rob Williams of Williams, Meservy, Lothspeich.  The session included an overview of recent water delivery calls and their effect on Idaho cities, advice for assessing cities’ vulnerability to curtailment, and recommendations for reducing curtailment risk.
